Welcome Reception sponsor
First impressions last. Help us welcome our delegates to Census | beyond the count by sponsoring the Welcome Reception, to be held at Hilton on the Park - Melbourne from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday 2 March.
Beer, wine, soft drinks and fruit juice will be provided. You may wish to sponsor this event through the provision of alternative beverages or welcome gifts for delegates.
Sponsorship of the Welcome Reception will entitle you an opportunity to make a short speech, display signage and the first chance to make an impression with our delegates.
The gala dinner will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton on the Park - Melbourne from 7pm, 3 March 2011. Dinner will include a three course set menu and drinks, with light entertainment throughout the evening.
As a sponsor you may wish to provide a gift or display corporate signage at the function. You will also be entitled to present a short talk to the conference guests.
Barista bar sponsor
Melbourne is home to some of the best coffee in Australia – help us share the experience with our delegates. As the Barista Bar sponsor, you will provide attendees with one of the most popular and appreciated conference services whilst getting your brand out there amongst the delegates.
Barista services for Census | beyond the count will be provided by Eureka Coffee.
As a sponsor, you are entitled to banner acknowledgement on the Barista Bar when in service and coffee cups displaying your logo. Sponsor to provide disposable cups.
In addition to the opportunities above, sponsorship of any part of Census | beyond the count will also entitle your organisation to an insert or other item for inclusion in the conference satchel, as well as acknowledgement on the conference website.
