The NatStats Board, along with the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) invites you to apply for the NatStats 2013 Conference Awards. These awards recognise excellence in using administrative data, developing statistical capability and using statistics in the media. The Productivity Commission are proudly sponsoring these awards.
Entries are invited from individuals and organisations, in both the private and public sectors. Nominations can be made directly, or individuals and teams can be nominated by a third party.
Awards will be presented in the following categories:
1. Excellence in using administrative data
2. Excellence in developing statistical capability
3. Excellence in using statistics in the media.
Winners of the awards will be presented with a plaque commemorating the achievement, as well as a framed certificate. A complimentary NatStats 2013 Conference registration will also be provided for one individual for each winning entry. This will be announced at ‘The Pitch’ session on Thursday 14 March 2013 between 15:15 and 16:00. Winners will be notified prior to the conference, and will be required to keep this information confidential.
